Parallel Street, between Viking and Alpha Ski Lodge.  Ski-in ski-out. Access from Ory’s Trail and down to Gully and Falls Creek Quad Express. Situated at top back of site.

4 Bedrooms

1 x Queensize bedroom with ensuite bathroom /TV and dressing room.  

1 x Queensize bedroom.  

2 x Bunkrooms (4 in each room) – downstairs. One room has shorter beds - suit children.          

 
BEDDING: 

Pillows, doonas provided.  

BATHROOM:   

1 Ensuite bathroom. 

2 other bathrooms, one with bath.

    
KITCHEN:   

Open plan kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven/stove  with wok burner, fridge/freezer. Island bench seats 3-4.         

LIVING/LOUNGE: 

Dining area with table which seats 10, gas log fire, TV/Video/Compact Disc Player/Radio.  

LAUNDRY FACILITIES:  Washing Machine & Clothes Dryer
DRYING :   Large drying room  
BALCONY:   Balcony has spectacular views.
GENERAL:  

Built in 2001

 

Luxurious, beautifully appointed with  Blanco appliances, Villeroy and Bosch dinnerware Laura Ashley furnishings, gas log fire and balconies.  Spectacular views. Downstairs also has a small lounge. STD barred phone and sofa bed.
